Basically,
It’s £15 an hour.
One to one with the tutor.
Includes multi-ball, basic skills and competition play.
The tutor is an ex hong kong junior champion.
Is that worth it, should i go along?
If so, how often should i do it? (once a week, once every 3 weeks, once a month)
Yihan – I am not taking the lessons yet because they are expensive, for me. That’s why i am asking.
Also, you missed a bit in physics and also, you missed the table tennis at lunch, you are on the team for the tournament on the 29th, our form tutor has the e-mail and will give us on monday.
I want to become better at tennis within 3-4 months? Is that possible? I really want to join in my school’s tennis team this year. I took class lessons every Saturday for one month. I no longer take lessons and soon I will be privately instructed by my cousin, which has good tennis experience. Will this help me? I also practice daily on a raquetball court and read “Tennis for Dummies”. Please no rude comments. Thanks!
Hello~
I am in middle school right now(6th grade). Nobody in my school plays tennis, so I’m not really sure. I just started to take tennis lessons, and I’m just curious. AND NO I AM NOT PLAYING TENNIS TO BE POPULAR! If it is true that most tennis players are popular, then cool, its a nice thing. If not, no biggie, I can still play tennis. LOL.
Soooo….just really curious.
Thanks in advance~
p.s. are guys in your school into sporty aka tennis players? And again NOT playing tennis for the guys. I love tennis! I was just wondering cause if it is true then its a plus! If not, I don’t really care.
Should i take field hockey lessons this summer or tennis lessons? I need to choose one, because i want to sign up for one of them in highschool. (going into 9th grade) which is better to take and why?
If I go for Tennis lessons at verney tennis or like any other place do i have to go and find my own outfit from a mall or something then buy it or do they give you choices then you give them money for an outfit??
In my tennis lessons, sometimes we play this game with these foam balls.
There are two ppl on each side and you aare supposed to be against the person in front of you or diagonal from you (depending on what the teacher says).
Theyre always saying that we need to make at least 2 points, but idk how to count those 2 points.
Is it each time I hit the ball? Each time it lands inside of where its supposed to be? And how can I tell if Im out? If it hits out of the court? if Imiss the ball? if HE misses the ball?
im so confused.
and i dont relaly want to ask the instructor. its kind of embarassing nd when he explained it to the class before, i still didnt get it.
On the 26th of March, it’s my birthday and me, my family & a few friends are going skiing in France over Easter break. i’ve recently lost 10lbs and i was wondering how much i could lose by march if i ran for 1/2 hr 3times a week and cut down on junk foods & foods high in calories. i would also be doing 1hr 10min PE lessons at school 2 times per week & 1hr tennis lesson once per week.
It can be on TV, but not an episode form a TV show or a movie. It has to be for real – from the news, from a sporting event or from real life.
Example: I arranged for my son to have his first tennis lesson at about age 8. When I came back to the court he was jumping up and down on the racket like a cartoon character.
I am not sure if i should take semi-private lessons ( 2 people) for 75 bucks, or private lessons for 150 dollars. I am a level 4.0 player.
those prices are for 5 lessons
