I started playing tennis at around 12, 13ish but getting some lessons by a pro in Chile while i visited. I am 15 now and play every now and then but nothing serious. Although it would be nice to hope i don’t think i could ever be pro. What i was wondering though is if it is possible for me to become skilled enough to travel at least across Canada (maybe North America?) doing tournaments before the age of 20 and how serious i would have to be to acheive it if i became serious now? Brutally honest answers are apreacieated.
The private lessons are $40 an hour for as many weeks as possible and these group lessons are $429 for 11 weeks for 1 1/2 hours. The group lessons are with approximately 5 other people. Since i am more or less an advanced beginner, i would be in a class with an age range of 6th grade to 12th grade.
Which is the better deal? Also, if this affects anything at all, the private lessons would take place right after school so there would be no transportation to worry about. But the group lessons are about 10 miles away from my home. So yeah……what do you think?
Which is a better deal?
I aim to improve myself entirely so that i can make varsity next year. I am in JV currently and have taken group lessons before also.
I am moving to Huntsville Alabama and would like some info in tennis in the area. I would be very greatful for you help. PLEASE ASSIST.
Okay, so I have begun tennis lessons, and I really really really wanna play pro. I really want it and am really commited to being the best. What can I do to improve my overall game, fitness, everything.
What should my diet be like?
What can I do (without acess to a net/hitting partner)?
What work outs should I do? (All I have is a stationary bike and skipping rope, buying weights soon).
I am getting home schooled soon so I can be fully committed, please what can I do? All help will be appreciated
I have my first tennis lesson tommorow and I don’t want to wear a skort! If I wore shorts how short would they need to be? Would spandex work? Any suggestion are helpful!
Hi, I’m 14 years old, and I’m looking for somewhere i can find table tennis lessons. I live in Ryde (near Eastwood and Epping) and I’m sorta new. It’s the school holidays and my mum wants me to do stuff. Does anyone know where I can find table tennis lessons? Thanks for your time xD
Okay, so the thing is i took up tennis lessons this summer. it’s from 1-3 pm(the most HOTTEST hours of the day). we get one break at 2. the thing is, i don’t want to have acne all over my face from all the sweating and stuff. how do i keep it clear? and it’s all outside… so i’ll have a nice tan
lol, not the point though. and since it ends near the beginning of school, i ESPECIALLY don’t want to have acne all over my face when i start high school. eek. talk about bad impressions.
anyway, any ideas on how to keep my skin fresh and clear??
My friend and i play tennis at college and it is soon our summer break. We both have jobs but are looking for something we can do in our spare time, and we have decided we could give tennis lessons!
How should we get it out there that we are willing to give tennis lessons? I was thinking of putting flyer’s around but we both live in smaller communities so it might be hard to reach people that way
Anyone have any suggestions?
I have a HUGE crush on my tennis teacher and he’s quite a few years older than me, what should I do?
Ok, well I take private tennis lessons about once a week and ever since the first time I saw him I have had a huge crush on my tennis teacher. The only problem is he is quite a few years older than me. He is really funny, sweet, hott, and he’s amazing at tennis. To me he seems like he is perfect…what should I do? He is also all I think about. I know he doesn’t have a gf and sometimes it kind of seems like he kinda likes me too. And then also, right after I finish my lesson I get really depressed and sad until I see him again because I miss seeing him the rest of the week. What should I do?? Do you think there is any possiblity that he likes me too?? How could I find out if he does or doesn’t like me for sure? I’ve already tried to get over him, but that isn’t working…Please help…serious answers please. Thanks.
And please don’t tell me to just get over him…it’s not that easy…if it was i already would have done that…but if you do say that then tell me some ways that i can move on.
i always wondered if you can give music lessons or private tennis lessons without a degree and get paid. would you at least need a certificate of some sort or any permission? i don’t know how it all works. of course you could give some friends some lessons. what about to the public?
