I mean like mentally AND physically. ive been takin tennis lessons for about 8 months. im 13 now. but does anyone else agree that tennis is hard to get great at???i take lessons with my sister and another girl and our teacher is gr8! do u agree that it takes a toll on ur body and on ur mind???? THNX!
thnx for ur answers. i was just lookin for wat others have expierienced from playin. and yea, some things are easy for me to get, this is one of those kinda easy things. Once i get somethin rite, i say “ok, thats how u do it” and i just stick it in my head and keep doing it. and im def. not playing to only win. (ofcourse that would b nice) i think its SOOOO fun!!! me and the other girl played against my sister and out teacher, and we won. lol. i hope every 1 else enjoys is a lot 2!!!!
So I had a tennis lesson yesterday and my arms are so sore, it hurts to keep my entire arms straight without leaning on something- have you ever experienced soreness after playing tennis? I guess I didn’t stretch enough.
I’m supposed to do a make up tennis lesson today, but I realized how much homework and projects I have this weekend. I’m pretty busy with stuff tommorow, and my tutor is coming today, so I really need this time to do work.
But the thing is, I forgot about my project and test, so yesterday I told my mom that I would do the make up lesson.
How do I tell her I want to do the make up lesson next weekend?
i want like do both, i like tennis and playing it,i’ve always loved the guitar since i was little,i want 2 join a tennis team,i love music and instruments, and also i’m not really that competitive i like 2 play sports 4 fun but 2 join a team would b so cool,i start high school soon and joining a sport is great 2 know people and good for college, but i thought instead of joining a team i should join some clubs, plz help i like both but i don’t know which 2 choose!!
I live in Green Brook, nj and i need to find a good tennis center that offers lessons, leagues, and tournaments(usta).
Currently, I am 16 years old and I have played tennis with my school for four years. I play varsity, and I take private lessons of my own. So, the other day, I was discussing potential jobs with my friends, when someone says “Hey Adam, you should teach tennis lessons, you’d make a killing”.
If I did this, I would do it next summer, when I’m 17 and have five years of school tennis under my belt. So back to the original question: is it reasonable for a 17 year-old to teach tennis lessons? I picture myself teaching 5 to 15 year-olds. Next question: How much should I charge? 15$ an hour? 20$? Help please.
Flat screens and plasmas are obsolete. The only reason you don’t have a holograph tv, like the one they used when arnold was getting his tennis lesson, is because of economics, is it possible for the space shuttle to project a holographic image into the sky? Like at the lake at Disney? Maybe that was the UFO in Texas? Would they project the second coming into the sky just to scare you?
I’m 15 girl, intermediate level for tennis, taking lessons once a week, play on varsity at school 1st doubles last season probably 3rd singles in the upcoming one. I need a new racket and a good one what should I look for in a racket? and what company should I buy from?
