I’m new to playing Tennis. I’m getting lessons three times a week form a local pro so I could play Tennis for my High School when school starts back up. I have been using my Grandfathers tennis racket and i think its time that I get my own. Any ideas on what kind of racket should I get?
Hi i take tennis lessons, i am good in my backhand but bad in my fore hand because my coach ask me to keep on brushing the ball and i never got use to it and i also have a problem if im playing a tournament and it is half court does the side track still counts?
So, I took a beginners tennis lesson, dec-feb. I’m now taking an intermidiate class and I absolutely **** at it. Everyone else is so much better, they always get it over the net, but not me, I always get it elsewhere. And I can’t do the footing. I feel so bad, and embarrased.
*I just came back from my lesson. (Started today)
Please give me tips, videos and anything to help me improve.
Thanks you!
I’m wondering if there is a site to find the tennis basics (mainly serve) online, maybe some good drills that I can practice also. Any help would be great, thank you.
Thank you to those with real answers, not the ones that say “no”.
Is 16 too old to start playing tennis seriously? All the lessons I’ve seen in my area are only for younger age groups (4-14) and adults.
Does anyone know of a goodsite that covers coaching drills?
Am thinking of coaching part time.
Last time I had a tennis lesson was nearly 20 years ago.
My friend are willing to give me a tutor lesson for me.
I guess I got all the materials that I need to play tennis.
I just do not know how to become a good tennis player.

I’m not fat at all i just want to get rid of the bulge on my lower stomach and want my legs to be longer and leaner. In addition to twice a week at the gym, one tennis lesson a week, and horseback riding twice a week for a half hour, is this meal plan good to go along with it?
Breakfast: cheerios with milk and some kind of fruit
Lunch: A turkey sandwich on whole grain bread with a slice of provalone cheese or an all natural peanut butter sanwich on whole grain bread
