i would like to be good at tennis by the end of the summer, but so far all i can do is hit the ball 50% of the time with my forehand and miss with my backhand. I already take lessons, but i can tell the coach is starting to lose hope in me. Im not overly fat or skinny, just about average. It would be nice if someone could give me some tips on how to do a forehand and a backhand, or to play tennis at all.

I’m taking lessons this summer. Is it possible to learn tennis in about 21/4 months with at least being able to hit fast. serve and create good topspin?
I’m a freshman in highschool. and i’m plannign to play every single day of summer with groups and a private coach.

P.S: My Cardio training is 40 minutes jogging then abs workout then swimming. And on thursday i have an one hour tennis lesson. What do you think??
