Can you get tennis lessons for a 15 year old beginner?

tennis lessons
DOtty D asked:

I really want to learn how to play tennis but can I still get beginner lessons at 15yrs?
and if so, would i be put in a beginners adult class or would i have to do private lessons?
I played for half a year when I was 5 or so if that helps with anything

You can start playing whenever you like and i think you can still get beginner lessons when you are 15 but just to make sure it’s better to ask the people at a tennis club that you would like to go to, to get the information you need. i used to play tennis to i played for 3 years.
i hope it goes well :D

Yes most clubs should provide beginner lessons for somebody your age. You will find a lot of 15 year olds who havent been playing for long. I even know a few people in their 30s who have just started playing. Which class you get put into would depend on your tennis club.

you should probably do some begginer clinics with the adults, and when you feel a little more confiidence on your strokes, start taking private lessons, or do both :)

yes! it all depends on the tennis center you are going to for what lesson you will be in but you will get the most out of privates i do both and i enjoy privates the most
you will love it as soon as you start getting really good!
    best of luck!
