okay so i woke up this morning and weighed myself, and i was 2 lbs heavier than normal. i didn’t even eat a lot yesterday, i specifically ate less which was around 800 calories and well over satisfying. i even had a tennis lesson for an hour. it was raining yesterday so yea. it was indoors, what happened?
alright, well today i have my first tennis lesson and i am SO scared!! there will be 3 or 4 other people in the same session as me and i don’t want to make a fool of myself. i don’t know why i’m so nervous for this but i’m literally freaking out ha. how can i calm down my nerves? thanks.
Im 14yrs old. I weigh 73kg. I really really want to lose weight so my father let me enroll in a Tennis Lessons.
Any suggestions or recommendations would be highly appreciated.
Im a 15 years old boy, and i am 174 cm tall, and my Weight is 72 kg.
Saturday : Chest and Biceps
Sunday: Cardio
Monday: Back and Triceps

Wednesday: Shoulders and Legs
Thursday : Cardio
Friday : Rest
P.S: My Cardio training is 40 minutes jogging then abs workout then swimming. And on thursday i have an one hour tennis lesson. What do you think??
I am 15 and I don’t want to have a heart attack at 51. I want to get healthy and stay healthy when as soon as I can. So what are some things I can do to get there? I am going to take tennis lessons and play tennis for school and hopefully soccer.
I am also petite. 5’1 and 100-103 pounds.
I am decently fit. I play tennis and whenever I am at my tennis lesson, while hitting balls for just 5 minutes continously I get EXTREMELY worn out, i lose all energy and I have to sit down. I get shortage of air in my body (I recently got an inhaler) but it hasn’t done much in helping me continue working out. The doctor just said I need to use inhaler before work outs. I eat regularly and drink a good amount of water. Please help me!!!!!!!
btw, i am only sixteen!
The private lessons are $40 an hour for as many weeks as possible and these group lessons are $429 for 11 weeks for 1 1/2 hours. The group lessons are with approximately 5 other people. Since i am more or less an advanced beginner, i would be in a class with an age range of 6th grade to 12th grade.
Which is the better deal? Also, if this affects anything at all, the private lessons would take place right after school so there would be no transportation to worry about. But the group lessons are about 10 miles away from my home. So yeah……what do you think?

I need to lose about 7 or 8 lbs but i simply LOVE to eat and i have no willpower to resist cheeto’s and oreos and a lot of other yummie, extremely unhealthy foods.
the thing is, my family buys all that stuff and unfortunately, i eat it.
i **** to exercise, although i really need to. im starting tennis lessons, that’ll help. hopefully
but i need some good exercise moves and eating tips.

Lately I have been going to the gym for at least an hour for 5 days now. (not in a row). And yesterday I went to tennis lessons and am sore all over.
Do you think there is a limit on how much you body can take exercising?
