P.S: My Cardio training is 40 minutes jogging then abs workout then swimming. And on thursday i have an one hour tennis lesson. What do you think??

I get shortage of air in my body (I recently got an inhaler) but it hasn’t done much in helping me continue working out. The doctor just said I need to use inhaler before work outs. I eat regularly and drink a good amount of water. Please help me!!!!!!!

Private or group lessons for tennis?

The private lessons are $40 an hour for as many weeks as possible and these group lessons are $429 for 11 weeks for 1 1/2 hours. The group lessons are with approximately 5 other people. Since i am more or less an advanced beginner, i would be in a class with an age range of 6th grade to 12th grade.

Which is the better deal? Also, if this affects anything at all, the private lessons would take place right after school so there would be no transportation to worry about. But the group lessons are about 10 miles away from my home. So yeah……what do you think?
