what is a good way to b any less stressed?

i just started high school and i am a freshman. this year i am playing field hockey and i have pratice everyday from 3:15-5:15. i have ballet and jazz each once a week for an hour and i have tennis lessons for an hr once of twice a week. i don’t have much time to relax but what really hurts me is that i never feel rested when i sleep. i am normally tired and hav a headach all day. i know that i toss and turn when i sleep and it takes me hrs to fall asleep. i wake up in the middle of the night also. any advice how not to feel lik i am on the verge of a mental breakdown? i do not deal with stress well.
