On the 26th of March, it’s my birthday and me, my family & a few friends are going skiing in France over Easter break. i’ve recently lost 10lbs and i was wondering how much i could lose by march if i ran for 1/2 hr 3times a week and cut down on junk foods & foods high in calories. i would also be doing 1hr 10min PE lessons at school 2 times per week & 1hr tennis lesson once per week.







just cut gluten and wheat out of your diet and go gluten free until march. you will lose SOO much weight! and then you dont have to do exercise if you go gluten and wheat free but if you do exercise it will just tighten your muscles AND you will be very skinny.
eat all meals gluten free. eat breakfast and possibly include a banana [lots of potassium], then eat lunch, have a low calorie gluten free snack, another low calorie gluten free snack if your still hungry. then have dinner as early as possible, if you want you can start with a low calorie gluten free soup to fill you up.
