Is this diet plan good for losing weight and gaining muscle?

tennis lessons
lexi asked:

I’m not fat at all i just want to get rid of the bulge on my lower stomach and want my legs to be longer and leaner. In addition to twice a week at the gym, one tennis lesson a week, and horseback riding twice a week for a half hour, is this meal plan good to go along with it?

Breakfast: cheerios with milk and some kind of fruit
Lunch: A turkey sandwich on whole grain bread with a slice of provalone cheese or an all natural peanut butter sanwich on whole grain bread
Dinner: Chicken, turkey, or fish with a vegitable and a slice of bread or rice

If your not fat you don’t need to cut calories. Your meals sound great. You need exercise to flatten your belly. In between visits to the gym, do situps, chrunches etc for your belly. And hoseback riding gives the horse a good workout but does little for you.
