Does anyone know how far an instructor will usually travel to give tennis lessons? I live in the middle of nowhere practically and the nearest tennis instructors are about an hour from here.

I usually meet up with my coach. I wouldn’t count on an hour travel each time for $100/hr unless you pay extra. One hour is long enough for one lesson.
Just ask him/her, I guess?
Try posting a wanted ad on craigslist. There might be a decent instructor in your area that would come out to give you lessons. If the price is right, anything is possible.
It depends on the instructor. Ask them if they would travel to your town and if so, ask them how much they would charge. Good luck
