Cebu City Philippines? My wife is from there and I have visited a few times and I receive tennis lessons from Leno Suico in Manduie (just a couple miles north of Cebu City) After a 90 minute workout I pay the equivalent of $2.00. They have 2 dirt courts and 2 hard courts. Leno does not speak English but he can play and he will give you a good work-out (what are the chances that I have reason to share this obsure information?!?). The 4 courts are for public use and they always have ballboys to chase your errant shots and fetch you a cool drink. Pay them .50 per outing.

I teach tennis at a private club. Yes you have to be a member, but they do let non-members play and take lessons if they pay a guest fee. If you call a head you can also tell them how long you will be there and they can see if any of their members want an extra player. I do this all the time when I travel and have had great tennis!
